Another beautiful day at the range. Don't know why we deserve this mild weather, but we'll enjoy it while it lasts. Brook posted the best scores today again. Sorry for the late post. I got busy testing .22 ammo. The May 31 match was a nice one. Great weather and a good turnout. Congratulations to Brook for turning in the top scores for the T class. Someone who just bought a custom 10-22 needs to come out and give her some competition. Jay and Bill traded off positions for the O class. Another great day for shooting at the range. We had almost a full firing line today. Thanks to everyone who came out to shoot. Once again a young woman bested us all. Congratulations Brook. Although we started off in a fog, soon it all cleared up and we had a great day for shooting. As always, Jim runs a smooth, well organized match and we were finished with both matches in plenty of time for lunch.

What a great day for our first CMP Rimfire Sporter match of the year. Cool temps, bright sky and no wet stuff. We had 7 shooters today who all fired two matches. Out of the 14 matches 11 CMP award pins were earned. Click here for all of the Scores and Awards.

Our next match will be June 29th so you'll have plenty of time to practice up for this challenging match.

It was an ideal day for shooting. Nice cool fall temperature and thankfully, no rain. We shifted to the 25 yd line for offhand this time and I think it worked well.
